Shooting ranges in Tucson, AZ?

On a recent trip to Las Vegas, I went to a place called the Gun Store where my wife and I were able to rent and shoot automatic rifles. One of my co-workers is really interested, but it turns out that he will be visiting Tucson this Thanksgiving, instead of Las Vegas as he had originally planned. He's kind of bummed that he may not get to shoot a MP5.

I'm not sure what the laws are like in Arizona, but is there a place like that in Tucson, where he can rent and shoot handguns or rifles? If places like that are common, any recommendations on a specific range or ranges from the Tucson-ites? Thanks.
 
Well, Class III ownership is legal here, but I don't know of any place in town where you can rent/shoot them. But I don't shoot (yet), so wtf would I know? There might be some place in the hills nearby where they do that kind of stuff.

I'm pretty sure there's a place in Scottsdale, but that's a couple hours north of here (Scottsdale is a burb of Phoenix). You can always check the yellow pages online.

BTW, switchblades are legal here too, if you want your friend to stock up on them for you. Tell him to check out Blade Runner knives. Excellent prices.
