This is one of the best threads I've ever seen.

160 pages of crafters/ machinists posting their own shop made tools, gadgets, and thingamjigs that they made for shop use.

machinist biased, but there are grinders, drill sharpeners, benches, clamps, storage, a engraving graver angle sharpening jig, tap wrenches, tapping heads/plates, - LOTS of stuff.

I'm still only 1/2 way through.

I used to go to that site on a daily basis..perhaps I should start doing so again. A similar thread probably could easily be made on these forums-but one focusing on knife based tools of course.

Left side shows the cyclone. Scaled down version of wood dust collector.
To the right is the BIG Wheel. It is one of those woven nylon wheels with abrasive in it.
