i was just curious as to what yall think about this layout. the scale is 1/4" = 1'. its 25'x30' and designed to basically look like a house on the outside. the front of the house is on the bottom of the page.
all the walls are in red. the bathroom has a shower, utility sink and toilet. do you think its too big of a shop? a house has to be a minimum of 750sq/ft in my neighborhood and i still plan to live in my RV. the clean room will have all the pin stock and handle material and stuff like that along with any electrical ovens and buffers. the main shop part will be for all the dirty work. the forge area will actually be outside infront of the garage under a covered awning along with any presses, power hammers, mills, and whatnot that will be used on hot steel. any suggestions or comments? if you think i should change it around a little just let me know what your ideas are to improve it. the bathroom has to stay in that corner cause its the closest corner to the septic rtank which means less pipes to run. the door on the back will allow me to not have to walk around the whole shop to get to my bbq pit im gonna build back there. i wonder if i should add a small fridge in the clean room (beer, sodas, more beer
