Spent the whole summer remodeling my shop. The old shop was10'x12' with bare stud walls and one 30amp 110vac. The new shop is 10'x22' with a 8'x10' forge shed, insulation, new lighting, 110/220vac, and AC.

And I'm insanely jealous!!

Nice layout! You must really enjoy the extra room. I'm currently building an air handling unit at work for my shop. Do you use a powered system?

man thats way nicer than the first time I saw your old shop. How is the gold fish pond?

VERY well done!
Looks like a great place to hang out. I see practically all of the essential equipment ...... except a radio or CD player.
Waaaaaaay too clean though. ;-)

Looks nice!

By the way, what kind of grinder is that? Did you make it yourself? Can we see some more pictures of it?

Thanks for the comments guys. I know it looks clean, but it's buy design. During the remodel, I kept loosing tools and stuff,so I started cleaning up at the end of the day. It got to be a habit. My wife asked" who are you and what have you done with my husband?"

Scott, the AC is a window unit.

Brian, the fish are fat.

Blade Runner, got to have my tunes.

Flat Grinder, It's a Coote 72" with a 6" wheel. I used step pulleys for variable speed, added a glass platen, and modified the tool rest. Love it.

Sweet shop, bro... I've GOT to get my anvil setup out of the open! That looks to be the best of all worlds -- heat in the winter, and wide open for the summer, and OUT of the house!
