Shop Situation

Good Morning Loyal Forumites,
As I am sure you are aware managing a business at a long distance is not always easy.

I had hoped with a new building, equipment and personnel that all would be back on track and I would be receiving merchandise on time. It seems that is not the case.

I have spoken at length with my Father regarding these production and shipping problems we continue to have. He is placing an ad this coming Sunday for a qualified Shop Manager that I will also interview by phone. If it becomes necessary I will go to Nepal personally to take care of this problem.

In the meantime, I shall do the best I can to continue to provide you with the service you deserve. I so very much appreciate your loyalty and thank each and every one of you. I shall keep you posted on this situation.

How bad are the disruptions? Can we still expect regular orders to be filled and shipped timely? I ask because I'll probably be ordering something next month and would like to know what to expect. Regardless of the answer, I'm a big fan of you and HI, and will continue buying when I'm able.
