shopping for strider smf which steel?

hey all i am currently shopping for a new strider smf. i currently own a smf cc 3v steel that i love and i want another the options for the new ones are cpm-s30v or cpm-154. which of these two steels do you prefer and why? i am a medium to hard user and any help is greatly appreciated.

With the Srider HT, it dunt mater.

Those two are pretty close in comparison to each other so either or really dont think youll see much of a difference
