Short...but sweet...

It always looks easier when some one else does it, notice it's a flat ground kittchen knife, try that with anDozier Arkansas Toothpick.

It takes a little practice but you develope the knack quickly with practice.

Freehand is still #1 in my book but next to that is the Edge Pro. :D :cool:
 
Yeah, Ben (Dale) sure does make it look easy. That knife sure helps too. :D

The funny thing is that for demonstration puposes Ben is going really slow. Imagine how fast he really is!?!?!? :eek:

The EdgePro is a real nice sharpening system but it sure does take practice. I believe the results are well worth the effort though.

Oh yeah, one more thing...

The stone he's using sounds like a 600 grit to me. What do you think?
