Notified today that my Aged Bronze Short Butaniku is ready to go....

8 months of less than INFI quality swordage is over....

Congrats, sure it will be worth it! 7mnths? Yipes! Looks like the cardboard replica could use a rest..:D
 
Yeah, the wife cracks up every time I pull out the not-so Butaniku.... But hey you do what you have to do[emoji6]

I'm thinking a fruit-apocalypse for sure ... Would be cool to try a couple swings on a Tameshegiri mat (not sure edge geometry and cerakote would be favorable though)

I've even been attempting unsheathing while worn..... My arms are just long enough.... Haven't cut my ear off.... Yet

I must say I'm jealous. Of all the Busse swords, the short butaniku is the one I want the most.

How's it feel?
 
Great balance, surprisingly light (I think somewhere around 42.3oz)... Love the sound through the air
