So I decide to get off my lazy butt yesterday cause it was so nice out(for here). I've been trying to heal my recently repaired knee and hiking seems to help. My goal was to make it to a beach northeast of monashka bay http://www.visitusa.com/alaska/beaches/monashkabaybeach.htm I wanted to make a fire and try to gather myself. I brought my blackbird(which did great), my schrade scaxe3(didn't need or use but works pretty darn good) and my Survive! GSO-10(not sure about it yet, plus I chipped the edge chopping?crap!). Here's a couple pics.

Fleming 3v blade did unexpectedly better than a hollow ground blade does for me.. I love it

My svord peasant and mini came along for giggles, the mini bit the tip of my pinky off yesterday. Baryonyx sharpened the s*** outa them!

This is the walking stick I cut out and stripped with the hawk. I need a stick cause the trail was slick in many spots and my ACL isn't fully healed.
