Yes, the dingos at the zoo are well fed, nothing at all like the ribs with legs I am use to seeing in the wild either !!! From what the zoo dude was saying the eastern Dingos are a little larger in stature (and chunkier) than the Western/NT versions, the FNQ versions are lanky but still really thin. The two they have here at the zoo are captive bred from a pure bloodline.
THe Emu was really a bit feral....!!!!!!!! The croc was 4.5m and was removed from an area just near Darwin for being a pest.
They also have Snow Leopards here but getting any kind of decent picture of them was close to impossible.
Off wandering in the forrest this morning and then a little fishing later in the afternoon....
