Short Kabar

I just picked up a short Kabar in a trade. It seems like a decent knife. Anybody have one of these, and how do you like it? I had a fullsize Kabar years ago and it was a heck of a knife. Kinda hoping the short one will be as good.

I'm not generally a fan of American style knives, but Ka-Bars are okay. Good knives, great price, and can take a lot of punishment. And the guarantee isn't bad. The short Ka-Bar is somewhat more practical in size than the normal size models. The Ka-Bar kraton handles have great grip.
