I bought this knife on a whim, and it is my first Boker. It was relatively inexpensive at $70. It is a very nice knife.

Pros:

-Decent steel (Sandvik 14C28N)
-Bearings
-Good flipping action
- Cool see-through pivot
-Nice milling
-Interesting blade shape
-Good ergos
-Fit and finish is very good. No blade play, even grinds, and centered blade.

Cons:

-Not super heavy, but it is a steel framelock, and weighs in at 5.5 ounces
-The pocket clips can cause a slight hot spot
-Takes up a good chunk of pocket space with the wide blade profile

Overall, I really dig this knife. It will certainly see some carry time, and is just a fun blade to use and flip.

Nice - thanks for the review and the photos. I've heard complaints on some Boker Plus models about lock stick. Have you noticed any lock stick on this one at all?

None whatsoever. It is a steel framelock, so I can't imagine lock stick would occur since it is steel on steel. I suspect the Ti framelocks are the ones with this issue. I have been carrying and using this knife a bunch since I got it. It performs above its price point. I may pick up a second I like it so much!

Thanks for the info! Actually, it was a Boker Plus with steel liner lock that a friend of mine complained about lock stick on, but I won't mention the model since it was probably an isolated case. His is not a CFM A1.
