This is sorta funny until one consideres how much time and money it consumed. What a "system".
Guy essentially does to the jury the very thing that he's charged with to prove his innocence.???

I agree with the last part of the article - lots of people roll over and plead guilty because it's a lot easier and cheaper than coming to the correct answer. The system can definitely be abused, but I hope that justice was served here.
