I've never been. What are the January dates and location? Any links to good deals on rooms? Cost to get in? RAT pack get in free???
 
its in las vegas. its an industry show and you either have to be in the industry or go with a company that is attending.

Its pretty amazing. A lot of companies do raffles and the like for tickets if you keep your eye out.
 
Yeah, it's a good time.

The last one I went to, a dude had a negligent discharge at one of the gun booths. And it's always a good time to watch the velcro'd up tacticsexuals get too close to each other and before you know it, there's like 15 of them, all stuck together. All you can see is one big ball of molle, kydex, moral patches, strider pins and maxpedition tags. Last one took like 2 hours to unhook everyone.

All the ESEE people this year need to wear something that immediately identifies them as an ESEE fan, but only so other ESEE fans can notice. Something that otherwise blends in--like a pink mesh halfshirt, you know, something subdued like that.

Expat, I don't have anything like, so, you'll have to let me borrow something of yours. I need some DD high ride blue jean cutoffs, and pink mesh half shirt, and some of them Chuck Taylor all stars boot things that you wear all the time. Jeff and Mike should have a hard time telling us apart.

I'm so ready for SHOT Show! We had a really good time last year. Jeff, Mike and the Rowens are fun people to hang out with!

ESEE fans simply need to wear thongs to SHOT and nothing else. Then we can easily recognize each other.
 
I wish we had gun and knife shows like this in Norway. The closest we get is the hunting and wilderness show, which is small and its like 3 knife stands..

Guess i have to go overseas some time in the future, gotta see one of those shows.
 
Is it worth it for a civilian to go IF he can find the tickets? I don't need much on an excuse to make a Vegas run. And it's even better if I have something to show for the $$'s I usually leave there.

I don't have my shirt right now. Ethan's got it. He's busy sewing a "Joy of Cooking" patch on it.

Maybe you can just do what you normally do with your wife-beaters: just roll them up in the front and tie them up in a knot about chest level. That's a good look for you.
