With the mostly unimpressive early offerings, is anybody hoping for something really good to come out of SHOT? Or, are you still waiting for Microtech to build that lightsaber?

After 2021, we could all use some optimism. Or, a good snark.
 
More seriously, I'd like to see more button locks, which seems to be a trend, more crossbar locks and I'd love it if someone took advantage of the fact that the patent on the compression lock expired (no offense to Spyderco, but seeing more of one of my favorite locks would be great).
 
Spyderco will be showing protos of the comp lock Millie and PM2 lightweight. Too bad they didn't have anything that interesting in the newest catalog supplement.
