At the right just scroll down and you will find 2 short video interviews at the 2008 shotshow featuring Doug Ritter interviewing Dan Weidner from Boker on 2008 products.;)


Mr Weidner mixed up the Hyper with the M-type. The M-type is the larger recurved one shown.

New models shown; Coptool New applegate-farbain proto dagger at 5.5# and the Direct!!!!!
(Mr. Weidner confused this last one with the Edit which was not shown.)
 
hey Mat, yeah the first Boker video is great showing off the CLB designs...
I believe the last knife shown was the Direkt (?) i believe it was called the Edit (which i thought was the fixed blade).....the Direkt looks "tasty" :thumbup::cool:
in the 2nd video that Comtool (sp?) looks pretty cool as well and the new Harsey fixedblade design looks bada$$ :)
 
You are right Brian the last knive shown was the Direkt.
He named it the Edit but it definately was the Direkt.
Me likey.

Didn't see no Edit or Keycom uhmm to bad..:cool:
 
I'm gonna have to get this Direkt, Mat :cool: the Rampage has finally reached the U.S. market....at least Knivesplus has got them ;)

LOL, very good for the enviroment.:cool: Read about a guy who washes and re-uses one piece of tissue for dozens of times, must be a member of GreenPiss (yeah, I always fail at spelling:foot:)
 
I agree Esav;

Might be a handy tool for companion to my knife edc for nasty pryin tasks that i don't want to use my precious knives on.
Here they say MRSP 49.95 euro so probably street price i guess about 40 euro and even lower in dollars i bet. 440C steel and G10 cookies on both sides.:thumbup:

Glad you guys are liking the DIREKT. I got bombarded with emails with the link to that site, and it was great to finally put a name to face with Mr. Dan Weidner. Poor guy was SO fatigued from the SHOT Show that he got some of the knife names mixed up!:D

I cannot wait for my sample DIREKT...er, coming "Direktly" from Boker Germany I hope SOON!!!

I wanted to see the EDIT and especially the KEYCOM, but alas...I will have to wait for one of you to get it before me (Maarten) before I can see them...:D
