Should a Storm have...?

Differently sized washers? I just dissassembled my friends Storm, and the washers are not the same size.

Quite a few models have different washers on either side.
Not sure about the Storm though, never taken one apart.

Ive even found some older models with 3 washers. Kershaws, like a box of chocolates...
