I ordered at 20th anniversary mean street from Busse 10 weeks ago and haven't recieved it yet. I read here that at the time I ordered it the delivery time was 4-6 weeks, I was just wondering if I should call and check the status of the order, since my other Busse's have come from here or the company store I'm not sure if this is normal or not.

Right now it's kind of normal. I ordered my TGLB in late March and only had my payment processed earlier last week. Be patient and it will be worth it. A lot of them are going to blade show soon so they're probably running around the shop trying to do as much as they can with what little time they have. I just hope they ship my TGLB before they leave. :P

It can't hurt

I hear the Girls that answer the Phone there are very polite and helpful

Your wait time would seem normal to me also, took 10 weeks I believe for my TGLB. Right now I think the shop is gearing up for Blade show. I don't see a problem either with a friendly phone call or just drop them an email. Their customer service is awesome and a Busse is worth the wait.

Still waiting on a Satin AMS I ordered on March 14, it was the day after it was available on their website. Have any satin finished Mean streets been shipped out yet? Not worried, just curious...

Dont ever call. If you do, some janitor guy may answer.

I would call and check the status of your order, one of the girls should be able to give you some info on it.

I called a couple days ago about my order placed April 13 to check up. Lexi answered and was very cordial. She told me 4-8 weeks. I called because the website states 4-6 weeks and it was week 6. I'd say give em a call.

How long after you get charged do they usually get delivered?

There is no 'usual' time at all, they fill orders by the order they were received. If they quoted you 4-6 weeks, remember that it is only a quote and that things change. They sell a lot of blades to military personnel and make their orders a priority (which i believe is quite reasonable), so who knows what could be causing the delay for your order. The only way to find out is to call or email them directly, otherwise there is literally nothing more we can tell you here being that we do not work for Busse Combat.

Relax...

Quit looking at your watch.

Feel the Zen of Busse Combat.

Call em. They will be very nice and helpful. But I agree that busse time is totally different than real time. Took me just short of 6 months on my 6-8 week. Was I happy? No. Was it worth it? I guess. I mean it's not a sabre, but it's of the quality of customs and its got the best warranty in the industry. So I love the knife, but being my first my patients was week. But I will buy again.

Hello!

Production has been running a little behind due to the high volume of military orders. Please give us a call next week and we will check the status of your order for you. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and we greatly appreciate your patience.

Thank you!

Are you really unable to make a decision regarding a telephone call?

If the delivery seems slow ... check the "sticky" posts on how to use the Forum ....

I just want to make it clear, I was never freaking out about it and I never called Busse so its not like they were being unhelpful. The times I have called them in the past they were extremely polite and helpful. I was just bored and on bladeforums and thought it would be an interesting question to ask.

P.S. its coming on Monday
