Should I call

Hello all,
Granted its still SLIGHTLY early but I ordered a custom 110 on the seventeenth (17) of December and have not yet received a shipping e-mail or a completion e-mail about my knife. It has been EXACTLY 5 weeks yesterday with a 4-5 week completion allowance on the knife. So my question is should I call and see what's going on or give it a few more days? All opinions welcome.
 
Turns out the custom shop shut down for a couple of weeks in December for cleaning and inventory so that explains some back orders. If this is old news I apologize. If anyone else made an order around then that's the explanation.
 
Thanks for the info. I received a confirmation of my order on Dec. 28th and was wondering about it myself.
