Ok guys...don't hate me...

I want a latch gate on my 45. Here is my idea, but I need 2nd opinions first.

I have this epoxy stuff that is supossed to bind to metal well. It's called Fast Steel. It is kinda like this clay stuff that you mix, and it starts to harden. I was thinking of mixing a small amount and forcing it into the bite handle to make a latch gate.

Seems like a good idea in my head. Anyone else ever tried something like this??Any other latch gate ideas??

The person you would want to speak to would be Booshank. He did some real nice latch gates with a bunch of PC's and BM. They were also removeable and didn't harm the knife. If you do a search, you can find the method he used in making one.
