Should I get a TGLBS?

I have two Busse knives as of right now the TB and the AS. I have always loved the TG but thought it a little heavy for my tastes. Now that they have come out with the Light Brigade series, it has me foaming at the mouth.

Firstly, what are the pros and cons of a TGLBS? Should I be looking at one considering I have a TB?
Secondly, How long will it be for sale directly from Busse? If I am going to get one, I would like to know how long I have to save, etc.

Thanks for your input,
Hunter

Yes,first its a really good all around outdoors knife. Second it feels great in the hand. Third you can tear your sleeves off and fondle it while watching the walking dead. Cons, well I can't really think of any. It will around 8 to 12 weeks so 2 months at least before you gotta pay for it.

I can't answer any of your questions, but I will say that YES you should get a TGLBS!

It sure looks sweet, but I honestly have no idea if I'll like it and I can definitely tell you that I don't need it being that I have enough 6"-8" Busse & Kin Blades to last a lifetime. If you get it and don't like it, or find that you don't need it, you can always sell it and at least recoup your costs. If you get it and love it, then you have a grea new piece of INFI! It's a win win!

I don't think anyone can say how long the TGLBS will be for sale in the store. I am going to venture a guess that it will be around for a while. It seems like a lot of work went into the redesign and there is a lot of demand for it, so I don't see it going away quickly.

Best of luck!

I think the TG and TB (assuming you mean Tank Buster) are very different. Not sure about in use, but they feel dfiferent, so I'm sure that counts for something in use.

Beyond that, you know as much as the rest of us do for the other questions. So obviously the pros and cons are only going by the specs--pro, it's light for its size; cons, that's more subjective. I personally had my reservations about a hollow grind on a large piece of INFI, but several have speculated it won't be a problem. Many people aren't into the double guard. Also, it's up to Busse how long it stays up, and they haven't revealed anything.

Hm, I guess if I'm to be fair, I'd have to say the lower weight is subjective as a pro or con, too. Perhaps the weight of the original TG is what gives it the surprisingly decent chopping power.

Yes, you should buy at least one. Have you looked at the price?? Jerry is just about giving these things away. They are cheap cheap. Get you one!

If you got the founds grab it while you can . You don't know when the run will end. Asking that hear is like going to a bar for AA meetings :)
