Should the Spartan Phrike be my choice?

Hey guys, another purchase dilemma.

I am heavily considering a Spartan Phrike as my next knife. I am curious if people on this forum view spartan knives as justifiable in value over and above something like a small Esse model.

I read Mist's review on all of his and he really liked them. I have no doubts of their outstanding quality and attention to detail, but I guess my question is would you buy it when you could have two other nice fixed blades at the same cost?

Yes! They make a great knife have exellent customer service, strong, well thought out designs. Pull the trigger on one and you'll be happy you did. You could have 2 other okay knives like you said or 1 great knife you'll have forever and you do get what you pay for.

Spartan makes high quality knives and stands behind them. They're quite innovative as well having won two awards at the recent Blade Show.

Phrike is a great choice specially for a defensive fixed blade. Narrow, thin, very light (4.2 ounces) and with a 4.25" blade (S35VN) good enough for most applications.

I do agree.

Thank you for those videos. I've watched every avaliable video on the Phrike so far. I think I will just have to but the bullet and get one. I'm still open to other suggestions as of now though.
