Should this knife be returned to Boker?

I bought 2 Boker Congress Carvers. Both have one blade that does not open all the way. It is the same blade on both knives. When I strop this blade it closes. I think both knives are defective and would like to return them to Boker. I would like to get opinions from you guys who know slipjoints.

That's the most severe missed spring-blade fit I've ever seen. Definitely return it.

That is indeed crap. Apparently quality control was on afternoon Beer break. I bet they're are a batch of them out there somewhere if you got two in a row. Send them back, ask for your money plus shipping both ways and send them the pictures as well.
