Should we crown Bama now or do we have to wait?

I know alot of folks around here are from the southeast, and if you are, by default you're a college football nut. I'm a big South Carolina Gamecocks fan (hence the "Garnet and Black") and pull for the SEC....minus Florida...and Georgia...and usually Arkansas. I'm not even sure gators fans like the gators, but thats for another thread :D

So, who are you pullin for, Notre Dame or Bama, and who do you think will win?

I've got Alabama in a landslide, but it should definitely be a solid matchup of 2 traditional powers.
 
I'm with you on Alabama, I don't think they'll be beat.
However the only thing that has me thinking that ND has the slightest chance at winning is the fact that they're undefeated and all their games seemed to tip in their favor this year....It seems like it could just be their year.
 
Dang it! Here I thought "the Bama"(potus) was getting a knighthood or something. It's all he is missing.

Alabama will be victorious.
 
I used to root for Notre Dame when Lou Holtz was coach but not for a long time. It would be nice if they pull it out but I believe Alabama probably will.
 
One thing that increases Notre Dame's chances a little bit - no SEC officials.
 
Alabama is gonna win much too my disgust, I'm an Auburn fan btw, but gotta calls it likes I see it Georgia Alabama is gonna be more of a game than notre dame and Alabama..Would love to see Alabama get whooped though but don't see it happening
 
They got lucky in the SEC Championship game against GA, but I'm sure they can handle the Irish without luck.

Much to my disgust i agree, I might like bama if they would get rid of the toilet paper on top of the tide box, combine that with if you aren't a bama fan and live in alabama talking smack about University of Alabama can result in a fist fight(crazy i know) still i say even though we suck more than a dyson WAR Damn EAGLE!

Yea man, that was one of the better football games I've seen in a while. I see ND hanging around but in the end, bamas size and talent is just going to wear down the Irish. SEC teams tend to be good t taking punches and just outlasting opponents.


As for auburn, I was really shocked chizik got the axe already, something had to be done after a year like they had I suppose though....
 
Chizik was garbage from the get up, only reason we won a bcs title was because of cam newton and guz malzon, Now that Gus is back maybe we can get something going again, but most AU fans are still really missing good ole tubby...

Didn't tubby just split to cincy? I'm sure Texas tech was just thrilled about that news...apparently according to sports illustrated, tubby got up from a recruiting meal, took a phone call from cincy, accepted the job, and then split out from dinner with the coaches and recruit and never returned!!! Dine and dashed for Cincinnati!
 
SEC is having a down year, not sure Bama really has a signature win and The Irish may have the best defense in the country. ND by a field goal.
 
Bama will probably win, but I wouldn't crown them yet...you saw what happend to Florida vs. Louisville. Also remember my Aggies beat Bama this year.

Yeah, but hey had Manziel. The game he had last night was the best I've ever seen in a bowl game, and one of the best I've ever seen at any level.

But you're right, you never know what could happen in a game.
