Shoulder Sheath for Cold Steel Natchez?

Would someone be able to recommend a sheath maker who would be able to make a comfortable shoulder sheath for a Cold Steel Natchez bowie without me sending the knife? Living in Australia, the cost of postage to send the bowie back and forth would be prohibitive.
