Shout out to Atlas Forge

Just wanted to drop a few remarks on my experience with Atlas Forge. Someone from this forum gave me their old 30K burner from Atlas Forge and USPS ended up shipping the box with empty contents; they had lost the item somehow. So I filed a claim and was able to get a refund. So then I just bought the 30K burner from Atlas Forge, and what do you know, it ended up getting delivered to some unknown address in a different city. Tried to file another claim and wasn't getting anywhere. So I contacted Charles about the situation and he ended up shipping another one free of charge, even though it was not his fault for the loss of the item. Just want to publicly say thank you. I look forward to using the burner and continuing my knife making endeavors. I appreciate businesses that care more for customer satisfaction then a few bucks. I'll definitely be doing business with Atlas Forge in the future. I'm very interested in the new anvil he's got.

His products are all well thought out and have a fantastic value. I'm giving my little forge to my nephew and will by a new one when I need a gorge again. He also seems like a good dude.
