I have been wanting to pick up a camera for awhile and have been saving for the right one. Im not thrilled with my pictures and wanted something that would better show them off. Well I pmd Jim asking some general questions on gear because he is a great photographer. He responded with an offer I couldn't refuse and sold me a Nikon D70. This was one of the cameras I had been looking for and he sold it to me at a great price. I wanted to thank him publicy, not for the deal, but for how great he was to deal with. He spent part of his day taking pics with it to make sure everything worked correctly and to ensure I would be happy with it. This guy is the Michael Jordan of knife photography and he was good enough to make sure I was happy with the purchase. Thanks Jim and if anyone wants to see some knife porn, go check out his site. I will warn you though, you WILL be there awhile!
Check him out

A D70s was my first DSLR and it is a very capable camera. Lens, lighting and operator are much more important. For internet use nothing available at any price will beat the D70.

Hi Chris,

You can spot the good knife people in a minute by the way they handle themselves. You are one of them.

You deserved a good deal and I wanted piece of mind.

Looking forward to all your trials. It's a long road, but the journey is fun!

Thank you. :)
