Shout out to kershaw!

I gotta give a shout out to kershaw for their excellent customer service! I emailed them telling them I LOST the hardware to my leek being clear it was my own fault, and with no questions asked I had the great surprise of finding a new set of body screws, pivot, clip screws, and washers in the mail in just a couple days.
Thank you kershaw and I will keep this in my mind when I buy my next knife! :thumbsup:

Doesn't surprise me, ZT/Kershaw have always given me nothing but outstanding cs! And not just for a knife company, but any kind of company for that matter.
 
I contacted Spyderco for a set of frame screws for a PM2 that were stripped and I got the third degree. Had to send pics of the knife and it took weeks to get them. And I offered to pay for the 4 screws and shipping. I will credit them for finally sending them but it should be no questions asked imo. Good on ya Kershaw!!!!
