EDIT:
I dig you guys showing your Taiwan Spydies. Let's keep that going!
Ok, so you can read about my hesitations of buying a Spyderco made in Taiwan (or overseas period) here:
http://www.bladeforums.com/forums/s...-Taiwan-Spyderco-s-and-American-manufacturing
In this thread I came to the conclusion that Spyderco wasn't a company after the cheap buck and willing to sacrifice US labor for it. Quite the opposite actually so I ordered my first Taiwan Spyderco; the Sage 5.
I have been looking for the perfect knife for the office and have gone through several but I believe this knife is the ticket. It's light, classy, pocket clip is super non aggressive, and it's functional. This knife will punch well above it's weight class. As far as owning a Taiwan Spyderco goes I'm a believer. This thing is on par with my Golden made PM2. I love the ergos, build quality, and materials used. Here are some quick pics I shot this morning!
