I recently called their support line. I needed a spacer and a screw to replace the one I broke on my 882SBTG. Well let me tell you the girl on the phone was polite, courteous and knowledgeable. Knew exactly what I was talking about and mailed it off to me that day. I called on last Friday and had it on Tues.(Mon. being a Holiday). I not only received the screw and spacer, but 6 screws and new BP washers. Way to go Buck! Thanks for your Customer Support!
