Shoutout to Emerson's Warrany/Repair Crew

I just want to say... WOW! I've never had such a quick turn around on any knife repair job from any other manufacturer. I sent my Mini Commander in for repair(it needed lock adjustment) on Friday, and I got it back, fully repaired, today(Thursday). Keep in mind I also live about 2,000 miles away from their shop. Even with shipping time for both ways I still got in 6 days. Thanks EKI

EMerson's warranty department is great! Had some blade centering issues that I wanted corrected. The blades came back perfectly centered.
