Shoutout to Kizer Customer Support

I just wanted to give a quick shout out to Kizer for their customer support. I emailed David a while back telling him my woes with my Kizer. I love the knife...but it came with some stripped screws. Not a real issue aside from the fact that I had to locktite 'em down and pray they held since I didn't want to mess with them unnecessarily until I knew I had replacements. He responded fairly quickly...and then apologized for the delay. He and the team were busy with conventions, traveling, new products, etc. He said he'd get back to me soon. Guess what? He did. I didn't have to respond. I didn't have to do anything. I just sat back and he sent me a couple of updates about how things were going. I got a tracking number randomly today...when I honestly expected some charge or further questions or whatever. This isn't to say that Kizer should necessarily shell out free parts or anything else without question...but I was nice about it and he didn't hassle me or ask any questions or ANYTHING. The work was done for me.

This is nice to hear about Kizer.

A short time ago, a bunch of us Kizer fans strongly suggested that the company open a North American/US service center (stocked with replacement parts).. They actively participated in that thread in understanding fashion.
 
Signs of a good business.
Kizer is climbing the ladder and David is a class act.

Kizer have really great knives..but mostly important great customere service!!I can also speak only great things about Kizer customere service!!!
