Show me some walrus hunters

I'm closing in on my 300th knife and would like to do something cool. One of the ideas to flash through my head was a hunter in walrus. I'm thinking along the lines of Fisk Sendero, typical JS submission hunters, or the ones J Doyle's been putting out lately. Anybody got any pics of small hunters with walrus?

Maybe I am drawing a blank but I recall much fewer hunters in Walrus then in Mammoth. Every photo I try to pull up ends up being Mammoth! I would love to see more, Walrus is a great looking material.

^ Walrus or not, I sure LIKE the sheath!

Don't think we will find a tremendous number of Hunters with Walrus.

My first custom order with Don. This was back in aught-5, I didn't know much about Damascus at the time, and ask Don if he could make a river flow through the blade. He did, and even had a fish jumping out of it. ;) :)

Don used this great piece of walrus and I have been an ivory fan ever since.

Jason I really like the lines of the second one of your photos and the Don Hanson in Travis Frys photos. Mix the two of those together and you would have a winner IMHO.

All the more reason for me to make one :)

I met both Kevin Cross and Joe Sangster at the Guild show. Kevin's a member on here. Joe was a cool guy, sat outside smoking his pipe every evening.
 
Is it too late for me to start on my walrus farm? How many years will it take me to raise a herd of walrus? Can I even grow walrus in Texas?

The thought of spending so much on handle material is making me silly, but I've got to take the plunge some time.

Bury a whole bunch of longhorn sculls and in a few thousand years you can corner the market on fossilized longhorn handle material.
