I'm thinking that maybe we could lobby Jerry to come out with a limited produciton run of the 5/16ths" Straight Handled Steel Heart. The knife could be a quarter inch longer or shorter than the originals so as to avoid confusion, but I'll bet that I am not alone in my fetish for fat ... when it comes to Busse knives!
