I have always been one to want to use every knife I have. For that same reason I have let many knives go that I was not going to carry and use. I recently got one of the 0392s that I have already carried several times, but it wasnt really a grail for me.

What has been a grail, however, is the 0777. I have one coming in this week, and its the first knife that I would consider to be a grail. A ZT was my first "real" knife, and ever since I first saw a pic of the 0777 on this forum I have wanted one. I dont want it to be a safe queen, but I dont want to ruin it either.

Do you guys have some inspiring grails-in-action photos to share?

When I have to cut cardboard or plastic ties or pry staples on the job it's usually when I'm in a rush so I don't have time to take a photo of myself doing it, but here is a photo showing the blade's wear from about a month of regular use.

I don't have any pictures of my grail in use, because I find it a challenge to cut with a knife while taking pictures. But this is my grail, a Lone Wolf Harsey T2 with walnut scales, and I use it for just about everything lately.

I have really been fantastically thrilled with just how much I enjoy using this knife. Honestly, when I bought it I didn't think it was going to really shift my Fantoni out of it's position as my main EDC, but I'll be damned if the T2 doesn't just melt into the hand and cut like a dream.

Ok, so maybe not "in action", but maybe after the fact. The pics help its nice seeing some wear out there.

The T2 isn't showing any wear yet, at least not that wouldn't require some nitpicky photography and magnification. But here is the T2 with the Fantoni HB01 it shifted (and the Gerber AF Covert that still gets used for the rougher stuff). The Fantoni was my baby and it shows some wear. Though the only visible wear on the blade is from an attempt at sharpening that didn't actually improve much.
