I've modded a couple Ontario knives into Kephart/NessMuk/Skinner style knives and want to see what everyone else does.
Here's the two I've done so far:
1. Ontario Knife Co. (Old Hickory) 7" Butcher knife. Reprofiled the blade to a Kephart style. Added custom laminated Jade Ghost and Orange G10 scales.
2. Ontario Knife Co. (Old Hickory) 7" Cabbage knife. Reprofiled the blade to a Nessmuk/Russell-Green River Skinner style. Added custom laminated Canvas Micarta and White G10 scales. Hand peened solid brass pins.

The first one was sold to a customer of mine.
The second one I still have and use as a camp knife and skinner for wild hogs and whitetail deer. My sons friend was skinning his first wild hog last weekend with it and when my son grabbed the knife to help the rookie, he commented it was the sharpest knife he'd ever skinned with.
