Show me your portable first aid kits

I'm building a first aid kit that will fit in a pocket.

I was wondering what the rest of you are carrying on a daily basis, either on you or in your vehicle? Pictures are very welcome :thumbup:

I carry a couple bandaids in my wallet, and a sharp pocket-knife in my pocket...That's all I need to use to render first aid. I can use my pocket knife to cut the things I might need to patch someone up.

Duct tape and crazy glue! Yes, seriously. On longer trips, I'll carry a couple scalpels and some pads, but that's about it, unless you consider various meds part of the first aid kit.
