The only one I have is this Snody Snody prototype that I got from woodysone woodysone ,very neat piece with a DEEP hollow grind😎

Can you tell me the advantages of a chisel grind? I heard It is easy to maintain a single edge, but I have wondered if that was true and just thought it was odd. By having one grind can you get a thin profile on the edge or is it thicker, more of a working edge? Thanks, just curious.
