I have looked at my CS GI Tanto and wondered what it would look like with Micarta or custom G-10 scales. I saw someone put some stag handles on one and I wondered if anyone else customized this bad "@#$" piece of 1055. I wish I was equipped for project like this. Oh well. have a good one.

Homemade
Under $20 for 32oz of fiberglass resin, I used 8oz for the scales. Construction paper was under $2 used about 1/5 of it. If you got the time and tools, under $5 scales, I love youtube, these are my 1st built from scratch.

Great looking scales and a great price for a knife that comes with a kydex [ actually,securex] sheath. When my local store has them back in stock, I'm getting one.
