Great Lock-Up, No Worries !

I always prefer mine in the 50-60% range and this is right at about 60% I would say.

That looks good. Really, as long as it's at least 50% it's fine. I thought mine was actually too far over and Chris inspected this himself and said it's perfect and well within specs.

Mines even a little more than the OPs but not quite as much as Mongos.

I'm not worried about it. Zero blade play up and down and its not touching yet. Isnt sticky either.

Everything works as it should. If that changes I'll just send it in for service.

No worries.

That is way too much travel over. You are going to have to send the knife to me for proper disposal... ;)

On a serious note, that lockup looks great! Their lock up specs are 50-75%.

My new tanto 21 has about 70% coverage. While I wish it was closer to 50-60%, it's super solid and I've got no worries about it.

Your guys lockup looks earlier than mine on my new Insingo. What do you guys think of mine?

I've had mine about 2 months as well. Hard to see in the picture but whats left to wear is as thin as the bronze bushing/washer.

Heres a picture of the lock when I got it new. It has moved some during the first 2 weeks of carry and open/closing. It pretty much stays at a washers thickness now. With the blade closed I can see where it has a wear mark on the bottom of the blade/tang. The wear mark is diagonal. It starts as a washer size from the spine side to about 2 washers toward the edge side.
