Xiphias Kiridashi

Blade: 3" x 1/2" O1 steel, chisel ground
Handle: Swordfish sword with Bloodwood liners and s.steel pins
Scabbard: Swordfish sword with Bloodwood "welt", inlaid with a rare earth magnet. Wet-formed 7oz. veg tan leather harness.

Here is something very Japanese influenced, a random pattern damascus Yanone push dagger with ji-sukashi and boars eye notches . I designed this after a traditional Japanese arrowhead and was made by the late MasterSmith, James E. Porter made in 1998.
