well here's mine, I had an extra titanium back spacer for a sebenza so I used it for the end of my lanyard.

This is how I usually do mine, simple, easy to change. I don't know how to make the fancy stacked knots.

The beads can be found at plaza cutlery or google chris reeve dog paw lanyard. The lanyard was tied by prime77 himself
