Is your knife sharp? Do you test it by cutting paper?

Interesting thought for a thread. I used to do some sharpness tests with paper, here is a picture that I found in my phone.

I found a better indication of sharpness with another type of paper though

Here are a few YouTube clips showing the slicing of toilet paper with a black ceramic kitchen knife i sharpened.
The first clip shows the slicing of a piece of standard 3-layered toilet paper, for the second clip i peel off 1 layer and slice the remaining 2 layers, and the third clip shows the slicing of just the remaining single layer.
