Let's see some photos of your wedding rings. Sure, some can get expensive and fancy, but so can a lot of the knives shown here. I'll post mine as a camera becomes available.

Here's a picture where you can see mine. Plain white gold band. Nothing special.

I don't have a picture, its just a plain gold band. The only thing special about it is I took my Mom's old wedding ring and had it resized--probably more expensive than a new ring, since I had to add so much gold to it since I've got big fat fingers.

I tried to photograph the material and maker's mark, but the glare kept getting in the way.

I also have the year we got married in Roman numerals tattooed on the same finger (the first photo shows it covered by the ring).

I don't have pics but its just a plain jain white gold band with the date engraved on the inside. My wifes is the same. She was stationed in Turkey and picked them both up for about $100. She had her dress custom made too. Excluding her flight from Turkey to Hawaii, our wedding cost less than $500.

Here's what's remaining of mine after arcing across a deep cycle 8V battery. Took a chunk out of the ring, gold-plated a section of my wrench and 2nd and 3rd degree burns on the finger.

I now have a "Wedding Brand" instead of the ring...

mine is a plain yellow-gold band. The jeweler sold it to us at the going rate of the gold in it. It was the cheapest we could find.
