I love the worn look of a coated knife.
Somehow all the use and attention the knife has received is marked in the wear and it reminds me of all the good times I've had with it.

Seeing the sexy polished knives from Xr6x or the beatblasted beauties from 91bravo make me wonder keeping my worn coating is worth it. But so far I didn't give in on any of my coated knives.

I'd love to see the worn coatings on your Beckers, and hear you thoughts on how long to keep 'm like that or just remove it from the very start...

I love the look of a worn coating, but I also love the look of a worn uncoated knife as well! I may get a wild hair one day and just strip it!

Here is my contribution. I usually take the coating off. The only two that get hard use and still have the coating are my modded bk4 and bk9.



But a good worn patina looks great as well.
