Here's an opening disk,I made from brass with a coarse diamond texture for my 630.Before thumb disk openings were basically a challenge and basically only deploying 50% of the time. Where over coming the ball dent was a real pain, in the thumb.

Not there isn't a problem and the blade deploys a 100% of the time.I regret that I didn't make one sooner.
