I just saw (and bought) a Schrade Simon folding blade knife. Its design is interesting and original (at least to me). The little sucker is now my keychain and wants me to play with it. I like the concept but wonder if there is a similar knife with a better lock (or grip) on the market.

I'm new to this forum and the search feature says its access is denied. If this has been discussed before please point me it the direction of the thread.

Thanks

Neversayoops :

The reason you never got many replies is that it seems "keyring"
knives don't attract the interest of "tacs" ;) But IMO, the Schrade SIMON's one neat little bugger :)
Thing is, in Florida here, I'd have to wear it on one of those "snap on"
keyring holders ( I usually carry my keys, dog tags (still got'em;)),nail clippers & Photon II on a ring in my pocket ) As to carry it "concealed"
in my pocket ( with my keys, etc.) is
breakin' the "law" ( unless I have a "concealed weapon(s) permit" :() So,
if I get one, it'll be for my journey (if I EVER go back) to Connecticut (my ol' "stompin' grounds") Great "widget" though! ;)

AET ;)
