Hi everyone. My husband just showed me a knife he owns, and after researching it I'm a little confused. I've seen this Uncle Henry listed as a Shrade 127UH and they look identical, but the tang on mine says Stainless, Shrade-Walden 127, (no UH). Can you tell me difference? Thanks!
