Been busy working on a batch of big blades lately and this is one just got finished yesterday 
I am calling it the SHTF Sword. Whatever you idea of SHTF is, zombies,nukes, society collapsing,etc, this blade is ready for it. Bigger than a knife and heavier than a machete(about 2#s) it is ready for camp chores or fighting! It is 20 5/8in OA with a 14 3/8in blade. For the handle scales I used black G10 and stainless steel tube fasteners(slightly flared). The blade is 1/4in 5160 with a nice hamon The almost full flat bevels take a lot of weight off the blade. Very fun project for me
