Hello everyone, I'm relatively knew to these forums but I had a question if anyone had the knowledge to possibly assist me. My father has gotten me interested in cooking and cutlery and he himself owns a few Shun Elites which are quite handsome. I'm flying in about a week to see him and for a belated fathers day present I wanted to get him a knife block form shun (just a block not a set) for him to keep his Elites. I came across two

but before making a purchase I was wondering if the Kramer block would fit all or at least most of the Shun elites or if I should go with the 11 slot block?
